Randy is running for Council because he believes Cobourg deserves practical, experienced leadership focused on the issues that matter most to residents: affordability, public safety, strong local services, and a vibrant local economy. He brings a career of business experience, along with years of service on advisory committees for the Town of Cobourg, including the Economic Development Committee, Downtown Coalition Committee, and Transportation Committee. These experiences have given Randy a strong understanding of how much municipal decisions affect families, seniors, local businesses, and the long-term future of the community. He believes in responsible budgeting, transparent decision-making, and working collaboratively with County and Provincial partners. With a straightforward approach of listening to residents, respecting taxpayers, supporting local businesses, and making decisions that are practical, efficient, and grounded in community input. Cobourg has tremendous potential, and Randy is committed to helping build a community that remains safe, affordable, livable, and prepared for the future.
